  • To carry out promotional, informational or commercial actions relating to courses, master’s programmes, activities and services offered by Escuela Torreblanca and THE PASTRY LAB, S.L.
  • To communicate information about future editions, activities, events or initiatives related to the Premio Internacional de Alta Pastelería Paco Torreblanca.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing is based on the participant’s explicit consent, granted by accepting this policy and ticking the corresponding box in the form.

The participant’s educational institution of origin, in the case of the students’ category, in order to validate their academic status and coordinate participation.

Companies collaborating in the organisation of the competition, for purposes strictly related to the execution of the event.

International School of Pastry Arts S.L., for the purpose of collaborating in academic management, promotion of training activities, international coordination of the competition and development of joint actions related to high pastry.

 

5. Data Retention

For the time necessary to manage the competition.

Subsequently, indefinitely in the databases of The Pastry Lab S.L., unless the participant requests its deletion, for the purpose of sending commercial, informational or promotional communications about related courses and services.

6. Participant’s Rights

At any time, participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of their data. Requests may be submitted in writing to the email address or postal address indicated above.
